Gas Safe is the national watchdog for gas safety in the United Kingdom and maintains a register of engineers who are competent to work on gas appliances.

Gas Safety is extremely important, carbon monoxide is also referred to as the “silent killer” you cannot see, smell or taste it, therefore appliances should be serviced at least once per year to ensure they are functioning properly and not omitting harmful fumes.

All landlords are required by law to have all gas appliances checked at least once per year. H&M Services – Energy Solutions can carry out all checks to ensure appliances are safe and tenants lives are not put at risk.

It is important that all home/business owners have gas appliances serviced regularly.
